MRCS at the 4th Operation Law Course by UPNM and ICRC

The Legal Officer of MRCS participated in the 4th Operation Law Course, jointly organised by the National Defence University of Malaysia (Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia, UPNM) and the International Committee of the Red Cross. The course deepened engagement with Malaysia’s defence sector on the operational application of IHL and strengthened institutional cooperation between MRCS, ICRC, and UPNM under the auxiliary role framework.
