Assistant Manager Fundraising
At the Malaysian Red Crescent (MRC), every contribution brings hope to those in need. We are looking for a passionate, creative, and results-driven individual to strengthen our fundraising efforts and build strategic partnerships that will expand the reach and impact of our humanitarian work across Malaysia.
Your Role
- Plan and execute high-impact fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate partners, donors, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new fundraising opportunities to support organizational growth and sustainability.
- Prepare sponsorship proposals, donor appeals, funding applications, and project concepts.
- Support the implementation of humanitarian programmes through effective resource mobilization and donor engagement.
Academic & Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Fundraising, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, business development, corporate partnerships, sales, sponsorship, account management, or resource mobilization.
- Experience working with NGOs, charitable organizations, CSR programmes, or donor-funded projects will be an added advantage.
