We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Senior Officer, IT to support and maintain our organisation’s IT infrastructure, systems, and digital services to ensure smooth and secure daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT support for hardware, software, networking & systems
• Manage user accounts, email systems & IT assets
• Support digital transformation & automation initiatives
• Coordinate IT vendors and service providers
• Assist HQ and branch offices with IT-related support
• Support meetings, trainings & video conferencing setup
• Monitor and resolve helpdesk/ticketing issues efficiently

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 3 years working experience
• Knowledge in hardware, software, server, networking & Microsoft platforms.
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
