The Malaysian Red Crescent Society (MRCS) is seeking a dedicated, responsible, and humanitarian-minded individual to join our team under the Ambulance Services Department as an Assistant Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, correspondence management, and document updates.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
- Prepare basic correspondence and reports, and assist in the organization of departmental meetings and activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized data and records, both in physical and digital formats.
- Support logistical arrangements such as meeting room bookings, equipment setup, and accommodation or transportation for guests.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and order of office space, and ensure the security and confidentiality of departmental documents.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in a related field.
- Basic knowledge of office administration and computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, file systems).
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Advantages
- Prior experience in office administration or ambulance services will be an added advantage.
- Ability to adapt to emergency-related tasks and perform well under moderate pressure.
