The Malaysian Red Crescent Society (MRCS) is seeking a dedicated, responsible, and humanitarian-minded individual to join our team under the Ambulance Services Department as an Assistant Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, correspondence management, and document updates.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
  • Prepare basic correspondence and reports, and assist in the organization of departmental meetings and activities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized data and records, both in physical and digital formats.
  • Support logistical arrangements such as meeting room bookings, equipment setup, and accommodation or transportation for guests.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and order of office space, and ensure the security and confidentiality of departmental documents.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of office administration and computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, file systems).
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Advantages

  • Prior experience in office administration or ambulance services will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to emergency-related tasks and perform well under moderate pressure.
