Cancellation & Refund Policy

At the Malaysian Red Crescent (MRC), we are committed to transparency and accountability in all our services, events, and fundraising activities. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Donations

• Donations made to Malaysian Red Crescent are non-refundable.
• If a duplicate payment or error occurs, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction at admin@redcrescent.org.my . Refunds for such cases will be reviewed and processed at MRC’s discretion.

2. Event Registration or Training

• Cancellation by Participants:
  • For public training sessions or events, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the event or session date.
  • Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event or for non-attendance.
• Cancellation by MRC:
  • If MRC cancels or reschedules an event or training session, participants will have the option to transfer their registration to a future session or request a full refund.
• Refund Processing:
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

3. Products and Merchandise

• Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges:
  • Refunds or exchanges for physical products purchased via our website are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Non-Refundable Items:
  • Digital products, downloadable materials, and customized items are non-refundable.

4. Services

• Fees paid for consultancy, facilitation, or any other service provided by MRC are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in a signed contract.

5. Changes to this Policy

Malaysian Red Crescent reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and the revised policy will be effective immediately upon publication.
