The Course was decided to be held from 12 to 19 December 2009. A total number of 31 people from 12 Chapters had participated in this Course. The Opening Ceremony of the Training of Trainers Course was officiated by YBhg. Datuk William J. Chai, MRCS National Vice Chairman and Chairman of MRCS Sabah Branch.

NHQ was represented by Tn. Hj. Haris Ibrahim and En. Mohd Azlan Muhamad to monitor and give lectures to the participants regarding Handbook No. 7, Disaster Management and Teaching Methodology. First Aid Course was covered by Tn. Hj. Rahman Basar and his assistant who were selected by the National Training Committee.

At the end of the course, certificates were given to the participants and the closing ceremony and presenting certificates were also officiated by YBhg. Datuk William J. Chai, MRCS National Vice Chairman and Chairman of MRCS Sabah Branch.
