The MRC Staff, Nasir Khan Abdul Rahman and MRC Volunteer, Azli Paat left for Padang, Sumatera at 9.30 pm yesterday by Charlie – C130 from Air Force Base, Subang. Together with them, 500 pieces of humanitarian relief item i.e baby blanket.

Based on the report from Padang this morning, the distribution to the victims of disaster in Pariaman will be held today together with the Palang Merah Indonesia.

The next team will be leaving for Padang, Sumatera this weekend.

They are:

• Zulkarnain Musa                -    Relief
• Nor Afra Wahida Ali           -    Medical

Meanwhile, MRC received 80 bags of family Hygiene Kit from KLSE comprise of blanket, towel, sarong (pelikat/batik) t-shirt, stocking, garments, soap, tooth paste and brush. The ceremony was held this morning at the MRC National Headquarters.
