3 First Aider in Every Home Programs had been conducted at Putra Brasmana Hotel, Kuala Perlis, Perlis on the 26th and 27th of April 2009. These 3 programs which were sponsored by the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development were simultaneously conducted for the State of Perlis with an attendance of 82 participants from the Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat Negeri Perlis, Rumah Seri Kenangan, Rumah Kanak-kanak, Rumah Asuhan Kanak-kanak and Pusat Dalam Komuniti.

The Course was conducted by 3 certified MRC Instructors from the MRC Training Institute with assistance from 3 MRC Kedah Branch’s Instructors. The participants were exposed to First Aid knowledge in accordance with the MRC Introduction to First Aid and CPR Syllabus and concluded their education with an examination in theory and practical.

The Official Closing Ceremony was officiated by Cik Jaslinda binti Mohd Jasin, Training and Psychology Officer, Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat Negeri Perlis on the 27th April 2009. Tn. Hj. Haris Ibrahim, First Aid Services Manager of MRC Training Institute handed the Certificates of Attendences to the participants.
